FAILURE TO OBEY THESE WARNINGS COULD RESULT IN DEATH OR SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY!

ALWAYS read and strictly follow the owner’s manual and descriptive contents on the warning labels.
ALWAYS wear a helmet, eye protection and other protective equipments as was described in the manual while riding an ATV/UTV.
DO NOT operate the ATV/UTV without thoroughly understanding the owner’s manual.
DO NOT operate the ATV/UTV on unsafe terrain or at excessive speeds.
DO NOT allow children or youngsters to operate an ATV/UTV that is larger than the recommended for their age group.
DO NOT ride an ATV/UTV on paved roads or public roads of all kind which might jeopardize your own safety and is against the law.
DO NOT overload or upset the balance of the ATV/UTV.
DO NOT ride the ATV/UTV under influence of alcohol or drugs.
DO NOT play stunts.
Part V. Warranty Terms and Conditions

Astro Motorsports Ltd. provides its end-users limited warranty on parts against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days or 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Parts covered for 2 Years:
  • Engine components: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and , main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above.
Parts covered for 18 Months:
  • Transfer Case: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case.
  • Differential: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, mounts, and fluids are not covered by this policy.
  • Transmission: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case.
  • Brake System: All brake components are included in this warranty excluding disk plates, pads, and fluid container and caps.
Parts covered for 6 Months:
  • Electronic components: All electrical components will be covered. Some of the following are included: relay, CDI, rectifier, harness, instrument cluster, ignition coil, ignition switch
  • Suspension: The following will be included under warranty: swing arm, forks, shocks, hubs.
  • Cooling System: All cooling system components will be covered. Some of the following includes: oil cooler, radiator, fan and water pipes.
  • Accessories: Only the following accessories will be covered under a 90 days warranty: Winch
Parts NOT covered:
  • Accessories (not mentioned above), Front/Rear Tires, Rims, Body Panels, Decals, Bumper, Fuses, Lights, Bulbs, LED, Seats, CV Boots, Caps, Oil Filter, Air Cleaner’s Element & Bracket, Fuel filter, Filters, Floor Boards/Pegs, Motor Mount Bushing, Grips/Steering Wheel, Spark Plug, Any Part Made From Rubber, Belts, Brake Linings and/or Pads, Batteries, Sprockets, External Springs, Clips, Washers, Nuts, Bolts and Fasteners
  • Other wearable components.
  • Labour cost will be covered only when repaired by authorized dealership
Warning:
  • This warranty ONLY covers products purchased from Astro Motorsports’s authorized dealerships within Canada.
  • This warranty is NOT transferable and does NOT apply to subsequent owners.
  • This warranty does NOT cover damage due to failure to follow user’s manual, lack of maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, overheating, misuse, accident and Act of God.
  • This warranty does NOT cover shipping damage and other damages caused by third party.
  • This warranty is VOID if vehicle is used for commercial rental purposes.
  • This warranty is VOID if the vehicle is modified, disassembled, served by non-authorized individuals or dealership.
  • Use of third-party parts is strictly prohibited and may void this warranty.
Filing a Warranty Claim

Warranty Claim should only be filed at authorized dealerships or workshops within Canada. All claims are subject to inspection of the authorized dealership. Please take your vehicle and the following documents with you when filing a claim.

  • a. Warranty Claim Form (To be completed and signed by authorized dealer)
  • b. MSO/MCO (certificate of origin)
  • c. Copy of original receipt
Part VI. Declaration

In submitting this document, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the above safety information and warranty conditions and that failure to obey the safety warnings set above and those in the user’s manual could result in death or severe bodily injury.
