Destinations

Currently we only ship to Street Addresses within Canada and United States

Delivery time

Your order will be process once payment has been received in our bank account. Then you will be notified of an estimated delivery time by our customer service department. In-stock items will normally be shipped within 5-6 business days. However, items that need to be ordered from the overseas manufacturer might take anywhere between 20-30 business days before shipping.

Split Shipment

In case that some of your ordered items are not available in our stock and must take longer waiting time to be shipped from overseas, you can choose either to hold all items for the same time delivery or have items shipped as they become available. No extra charge will apply for split shipment.

Damaged in shipping

If you believe your package is damaged in transit, please refuse the shipment and notify the carrier and our customer service of the damage.

Shipping charges

Your ship: Shipping charge is based on the weight of your order and distance of delivery. In certain circumstances, your shipping charge can be waived for defective or mistakenly delivered parts. Please refer to our return policies section for more information.

About Return

THE FOLLOWING ‘RETURN POLICIES’ ONLY APPLIES TO PARTS ORDERS!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SOLD VEHICLES. HOWEVER, YOUR VEHICLE IS COVERED BY A 2 YEARS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. PLEASE REFER TO OUR WARRANTY POLICIES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Return of new/unused parts.
  • Return within 30 days of the original ship date
  • Parts returned in original condition will be refunded of full purchase price, less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Astro Motorsports is not responsible for damages of returning parts during shipment. All returned parts are subject to inspection to be determined a refund amount.
  • Refund will only be issued by cheque and mailed to the customer address we have on file.
Return of defective and mistakenly delivered parts.
  • Please notify our customer service within 3 days if parts received are completely or partially defective or mistaken upon arrival.
  • Parts returned due to manufacturer defects or mistaken delivery will be refunded of full purchase price and shipping cost. Refund can only be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned parts. In case only a portion of your order is returned, the shipping cost will be refunded proportionately.
  • Please contact our customer service before attempting to return your parts.
  • Refund can only be issued by cheque and mailed to the customer address we have on file.
